We are looking for a **Python Developer**. We will train you for this position. The key role is to help with developing custom tools to facilitate our research, focusing primarily on web scraping and web crawling.

#### Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- System monitoring, issue escalation
- Familiarity with techniques and tools for crawling, extracting, and processing data (i.e., Scrapy, Pandas, etc.), and experience running large-scale data scraping projects.
- Scraping assets monitoring and support
- Support existing and add new data sources for scraping
- Writing reports on system status and possible issues
- Running scrapers on-demand
- Database development experience focused on high-volume data storage and retrieval applications.

#### Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or the equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- At least 2 years of experience as a Python Developer
- Knowledge of which tools are suited for a given task
- Fluency and excellent communication skills in English.

#### Skills Required:
- Experience in the following areas: Python, Scrapy, XPath, CSS, Regex, XHR, JSON, XML, Selenium, requests, Beautiful-Soup, Pandas, Proxy-rotation.

#### Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Follow technical scopes, UX and design direction, carry out testing, and perform back-end/infrastructure tasks.
